What counts as an 'organization'?
An organization is a single law firm or client you're producing content for. Each organization has its own voice settings, WordPress connection, and content queue. Agencies typically create one organization per client.
What happens if I exceed my article limit?
Articles beyond your daily limit are queued for the next day. You'll see a notification in the dashboard. Upgrade to Professional or Enterprise for higher limits or unlimited articles.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No cancellation fees.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month. Enterprise customers can optionally sign annual agreements for discounted rates.
